EMI offers expert in-house repair services for all of our products.  For products manufactured by EMI, all items are repaired in our facility, to our exacting standards. For products from our strategic partners, we will perform advanced diagnostics and either repair in-house or coordinate expedited repairs, directly with the OEM.

Before returning any item for repair, please obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number, through RMA requests, on our  contacts page. Note that EMI cannot guarantee proper warranty consideration for equipment returned directly to our strategic partners, without first coordinating the returns, through us.
